Dear Honored Guest, North LA Residents and Friends,

It is with great pleasure that I extend a warm welcome to all who have gathered today and for sharing your precious time with us. Every single one of you are so amazing and it is a honor to have you.

It has been my distinct honor and privilege to serve as the Chairman of Korean American Federation of North Los Angeles(KAFNLA) for 2020. There have been many programs and accomplishments throughout the years and I am deeply grateful for the support and involvement of our members and community leaders.

Our primary goal is to represent and advocate the interests and voices of the Korean Americans in the North Los Angeles area covering ten cities between Valencia and Arcadia and to promote friendly relations and collaborations within the Korean communities as well as between Korean community and other communities within our area.

As a proud Korean-American, it is important for me to recognize the great impact KAFNLA has made in the growth and success of the Korean American people in North LA during the past decade.

As the Korean American community continues to evolve in North LA area, KAFNLA and its dedication is uniquely poised to expand its reach and involvement in the community at large.

I am committed to supporting our incoming 2020 President Michelle Sung, and her vision to lead our federation. With your involvement and support, we can continue to build upon KAFNLA’s legacy of involvement with the community.
